This policy explains what myOqAI collects, why, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to run the service.

Information we collect

  • Account data: when you sign in with Google or email, we store your account identifier and email to sync your chats and settings.
  • Conversations & settings: chats, personas, language, theme, and usage counters are stored so the product works across sessions and devices.
  • Media you upload: images or video frames you attach are sent to our AI providers for analysis and are not used to train third-party models by us.
  • Billing: subscriptions are handled by Stripe. We store a Stripe customer/subscription identifier and plan status; we never store full card numbers.
  • Technical data: approximate IP (for guest limits and abuse prevention) and basic request metadata.

How we use it

We use your data to provide AI chat, vision, and image generation, to sync your account, to enforce free-tier limits and subscriptions, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data.

Third-party processors

To deliver responses we share necessary request content with AI providers (for chat, vision, and image generation), with our hosting/database provider, and with Stripe for payments. Each processes data only to provide their service.

Data retention & your rights

Your chats and settings remain until you delete them or request account deletion. You can ask us to access or delete your data by emailing us. Subscription records may be retained as required for tax and accounting.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and to remember your language and theme. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
